For three Sunday's in a row Sarah McNeil refused to obey court order visitation to occur between Michael McNeil and his daughter. Each time Michael McNeil warned his wife that she must obey the court in these matters. However, each time refused, even after efforts were made by Michael McNeil's lawyer to inform Sarah McNeil's lawyer that Sarah McNeil is requried to follow the orders of the court. On October 25, 2009 Michael McNeil warned Sarah McNeil of her responsiblity to follow the courts orders, whereas she threaten Michael McNeil stating that if he files a motion for contempt, that by doing this he is opening up a whole new can of worms. Micahel McNeil took this as meaning she will be filing some sort of retaliaton action, or will be make some new accusations. After much prayer, thought, and realizing that Sarah and Michael McNeil's church has been completely unwilling to discipline Sarah McNeil for any sinful act on her part, to include her filing for divorce on November 13, 2009 with the church's consent, Michael McNeil felt he had no other choice, but in order to protect his daughter he instructed his lawyer to file a motion for contempt in the hopes that his daughter might be able to see him again.
Due to the fact that it is most likely the contempt motion will not be heard for at least thirty (30), Michael McNeil also instructed his lawyer to file an Emergency Motion for Access, so that his daughter might have the opertunity to see him before the divorce trial that will begin on December 14, 2009.
